It was a while I been posting my reviews but today is a good day and I will share my impressions about Covergirl Professional Super Thick Lash Mascara. This product is from USA and I got it as a present from my colleague.

MY OPINION

I been using this mascara for last few weeks. It is a quite good mascara which gives you casual every day look. To be honest I was shocked how hard it was to remove it. It is my very first waterproof mascara.

Pros

• Waterproof, lasts all day
• Very black color (225) 
• Good size brush

Cons

• Hard to remove
• Gets clumpy if you try to apply few layers

Hand Chemistry Hyaluronic-Rich Hydrator

Hello Everyone!

Today I will make a review about a product I just finished which is Hand Chemistry Triple Function Hyaluronic-Rich Hand Hydrator.

'Unlike traditional ctreams that target only surface moisture, this triple-function hydrator offers below and above-surface hydration while forming an invisible protection "glove" to prevent moisture loss.'

FACTS

Made in Canada, 60 ml of the product in the tube. Good to use 12 month after opening. Tested on humans.

MY OPINION

I got this product in Boots when it was on offer, I never tried anything from this particular make before but I decided to give it a go. 'Hyaluronic-rich' words sold me this product. Absorbation of the product was very good, 60 ml size of the tube was handy to have in a handbag as well. However, I wasn't a big fan of this product sintetic smell and moisturising effect wasn't great or long lasting. I won't purchase this hand cream again.

Wella Professionals Enrich Moisturising Treatment

This morning I finished my Wella Professionals Enrich Moisturising Treatment for Coarse Hair so I will make a quick review about it.

'Helps restore damaged hair. This creamy treatment helps restore a healthy look to the hair, leaving coarse hair with an instantly noticeable soft, irresistible touch. With silk extract. Salon Exclusive Brand. Apply after shampooing. Massage and leave for 5 minutes. Rinse out.'

FACTS

150 ml of the product, good to use 12 months after opening. Made in Germany.

MY OPINION

I think it is quite expensive product. I paid aroud 15 euro for 150 ml jar. I used four times only as I have very long and thick hair.

Yes, I noticed that my hair was little bit softer after this treatment but that was the only improvement in my hair condition. My hair are highlited so I need something to help them recover.

The smell ot this Wella hair treatment is strong and sintetic so if you are smell sensitive I wouldn't recommend this product.

I am not a big fan of packaging as well. The jar is small and high so it was difficult to take the right amount of the product. You can see a picture below.

The Body Shop Grapeseed Glossing Serum

Hello Everyone!

Today I will make a review about The Body Shop Grapeseed Glossing Serum. As it says on the bottle it is 'moisturising, smoothing serum with grapeseed oil'.

FACTS

This serum is recommended for dull/frizzy hair. There is 75 ml of the product in plastic bottle. Made in UK. Good to use 12 months after opening.

'Helps prevent moisture loss and split ends. Spread in hands and apply to towel-dried or dry hair.'

MY OPINION

I love the smell and the texture of this product. However, I am not to sure about the results if there is any. I have highlighted blond hair and recently they were very dry. I am using this serum daily and it soaks quickly but I didn't noticed a major improvement in my hair or hair ends condition.

Dior Diorshow Brow Styler

Hello Everyone!

Today I will review Dior Diorshow Brow Styler ultra-fine precision brow pencil. You can see it in the picture below.

'Expert brow pencil with retractible lead and blending brush. Twist the top to release only tip of the lead.'

FACTS

I got this product in Debenhams for 24.50 e. It comes only in one shade 002 Universal Dark Brown which should be suitable for all customers. Made in Japan, 0,09 g of the product. You can see the list of ingridients in the picture.

MY OPINION

It is around three years now since I got my eye brows done, which is I got semi permanent eye brows. I really loved the way they were and I got hundreds of compliments after this treatment. However, some time passed, pigment is vanished in some places but I want to keep them looking defined so I started using eye brow pencil to get more definition. So far I used No7 and Rimmel eye brow pencils.

Recently I had a chance to participate in Dior Master Class. Our teacher was doing a make up for a middle age elegant woman and she introduced Diorshow Brow Styler Pencil for us. After that class I was the only one who didn't buy anything but kept thinking and searching more information about some Dior products I saw. Diorshow Brow Styler Pencil was one of the products I was interested in :)

Brownish shade (there is only one shade:) is just perfect for me. Pencil has a great lasting power as well. I love that pencil has a blending brush on one side as it is very handy. Be carefull as it may break if you leave it too long.

This product is very buildable and blendable and gives you natural but expensive look. I am in love with this product <3 It is truly worth every penny :)

Bobbi Brown Sheer Lip Colour Rosy 11

Hello Everyone!

Today is the first official day of sumer in Ireland so let's start it with a new product review. I just bought my very first Bobbi Brown product which is Sheer Lip Colour in shade Rosy 11.

FACTS

Made in Belgium, 3.8 grams of the product in the elegant black packaging. I got this in Arnotts and paid 26 euro for it.

MY OPINION

I love this lipstick. After I bought it I used it every day. I love it's lasting power and buildable colour. Texture is very nice and moisturising. This lipstick doesn't have any smell which I really like.

The girl at Bobbi Brown counter tried couple different lipstcks on me before she applied this one and it is perfect shade. I find it very hard to pick a right shade for myself. Product never looks the same in the tube and on my lips. However, Rosy 11 is just perfect, it looks beautiful on me and can be used day and night time. Just keep in mind I have fair skin tone, blue eyes and highlited hair :)

Loving Right Now

Hello again!

The second post today! I decided to share with you wich products I am loving at the moment. Some of them were already reviewed and some still waiting to be reviewed.

I am completelly in love with my new Faith Levander and Geranium shampoo. My hair was such a mess recently, I spent over 50 euro buying masks, conditioners, serums and nothing really worked so I realised I should change shampoo as well. Now my hair are looking better and better after every wash. I also changed my hair washing routine as I only was my hair twice a week. Before I used to wash them every second day.

I am also in love with Estee Lauder Advanced Nigt Repair Serum and Estee Lauder DayWearAdvanced Multi Protection day cream which I am testing now. They work so well together, my skin looks radiant and divine instead of tired and dull. I got these samples in Debenhams, Estee Lauder department I am very tempted to buy full size products now. Again!

The Body Shop Camomile Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover

To begin with, I am sick and I have to stay in the bed but on the other hand I finally have some time to make MORE reviews about my recent purchases :)

Today I want to make a review about The Body Shop Camomile Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover.

'Eye make-up remover. Effortessly removes make-up from lashes and lids. Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Dermatologically and ophthamologically tested.'

FACTS

I bought this in The Body Shop and paid around 13 euro. It was an offer buy 1, get one half price so I got a few products :)

There is 250 ml of the product in the plastic bottle. It is suitable to use 6 months after opening. Goood to use for all skin types and made with Community Fair Trade camomile. Made in UK.

MY OPINION

This is my very first make-up remover from The Body Shop. I am really happy with this purchase and I can strongly recommend it. I am using it for a month now and I use it nearly every day. I use it to remove ALL face make-up, not only eyes or lids. It does a great job. However, I don't use any waterproof products so I can't tell you what result woul be if you used any.

PROS

# Does the job and removes make-up esilly.

# Doesn't iritate eyes.

# Has a nice texture. It is like a water, has no smell or colour.



CONS

# Bottle does not look very atractive.

# It is slightly overpriced in my opinion.

I got this toothpaste in Hollands&Barrett and paid over 5 euro for it.

MY OPINION

I love this product and I like the fact that there is so many good ingridients in it. It doesn't have that terrible mint flavour and it has no colour, it looks transparent which I really like.I noticed that it gives me light whitening effect as well.

Urban Decay Naked2

I wasn't posting new reviews for some time as I was working hard recently but today I have Big News! I just bought Urban Decay Naked2 palette. There are few BIG events this summer and I decided I have to get this palette. Ok, it wasn't so easy to make my mind but it is DONE now. Few calls for my best girl friend and decision was made! I am so happy.

MY OPINION

It is a great product but you have to have skills to get the best out of it. I would strongly recommend to wach a lot of youtube videos and try try try and don't give up after first few times. You will get it right eventually. Nearly all make up artists recommend to try Naked 2 palette as it is so versatile.

I really liked Naked first palette colors but the packaging put me off.

You can see picture below with my experiments for smokey eyes look.

PROS AND CONS

The price is 46 euro and to be honest it is the most expensive eye shadow I EVER had.

I really love the packaging as it is firm and great for travelling.

The eyeshadows are well pigmented but for the best result I would recommend use it together with Urban Decay Original Primer.

Product is very blendable and buildable.

I was quite surprised when I saw that this palette is good to use only 12 months after opening but on the other hand if you will use this product every day it should last about a year.

Clinique Super City Block 40 SPF

Hello Everyone!

I am delighted to share my impressions with you about my recent purchase Clinique Super City Block oil-free daily face protector 40 SPF.

FACTS

I bought this face protector for 23 euro from Debenhams. There was two options SPF25 or SPF40. I decided to go for higher protection at this time.

The product is quite big size 40 ml, made in Belgium and good to use 24 months after opening.

Allergy tested, fragrance free.

For all skins, even the most sensitive.


MY OPINION

The girl at Debenhams counter told me that they used to sell this product as a primer so if I am using it, I do not need a primer on top of it.

'Apply right before makeup as an invisible primer or alone,  on bare skin.'

I am using it nearly every day before I apply foundation.

Protector has a brownish color which dapts to your skin tone.

The texture is quite thick and you have to apply it quickly as it dries up otherwise.

If you want to have a rest from foundation for a day or so, you can use this protector on it's own. Your skin looks very natural, just a little bit better then usual ;)

5 out of 10. I ended up returning this product. A big dissapointment but it didn't do much for my face.

Guerlain Meteorites Baby Glow Fluid Foundation

I am very excited to make a review about brand new product which just hited the market. It is Guerlain Meteorites Baby Glow Fluid Foundation. I got a sample in Debenhams and I already tried and tested it. It is a new product from Guerlain 2015 collection. You can see a picture below.

'Guerlain has infused the extraordinary light-revealing power of the legendary Meteorites pearls into its first sheer make up, Meteorites Baby Glow. Stardust technology captures the light and difuses it as a luminous veil on the skin, evening out the complexion. Like an infusion of moisture, the ethereal make-up glides effortlessly onto the skin, erasing signs of fatigue and revealing the youth and natural glow of the complexion.'

FACTS

Guerlain Meteorites Baby Glow Fluid Foundation is made in France. I got a sample of 1.5 ml but you need only a small amount of the product to cover your face.

The original size product comes in 30 ml tube with a pump and it costs 47.50 euro in Debenhams.

MY OPINION

I got a sample of foundation in medium shade wich is slightly to dark for my skin but the girl working at Guerlain counter said that all the samples came only in medium shade. My skin is dehydrated and I wanted to try something that gives my skin nice glow and medium coverage.

Pros:
# Guerlain Meteorites Baby Glow Foundation stays on the skin ALL day and gives divine glow.
# My skin is looking rested and smooth when I am using this foundation.
# It is a very hydrating product.
# Original packaging has a pump which is great.
# This product has SPF 25.


Cons:
# It is the most expensive foundation I ever tried.
# There is only 3 shades available.
# Product is fragranced so if you are very sensitive for smells it may be not the best choice for you.

STARS

9 stars out of 10 because it is quite expensive product and shades range is very narrow. Anyway, I really liked this foundation an I am very tempted to buy full size foundation in a shade Clair.

Artdeco Skin Yoga Intensive Lifting Serum

Today I finished my very first serum and I want to share my opinion with you guys.

FACTS

I bought Artdeco Skin Yoga Intensive Lifting Serum in Debenhams for 40 euro. There is 30 ml of the product, good to use 12 months after opening, made in Germany. This product is supposed to give immediate firming effect, to correct wrinkles and leave the skin looking youthful.

MY OPINION

Pros:

# Artdeco Intensive Lifting Serum has very nice texture, it is absorbed very well.

# Good packaging, has a pump.

Cons:

# After couple months using it I couldn't see any effect on my skin.

# It is quite expensive.

Alfaparf Milano Semi Di Lino Diamond Illuminating Conditioner

'Illuminating conditioner for normal hair: perfectly untangles the hair and leaves it soft, light and extremely shiny.'

FACTS

This is an italian product, there is 250 ml of conditioner in the bottle, good to use 12 months after opening.

Free from sulfates parabens, parafins, mineral oils, colorings, allergens.

MY OPINION

Pros:
# This conditioner does a great job detangling my hair.
# My hair is very shiny when I use this product.

Cons:
# The packaging looks very dull to me.
# This product is sold exclusively in salons here in Dublin.

Alfaparf Milano Semi Di Lino Illuminating Shampoo

I bought a set of Alfaparf products before Christmas. There was 250 ml size shampoo, the same size conditioner and 30 ml of hair oil.  I did a review about oil yesterday. I paid 29 euro for a set.

Shampoo is made in Italy and good to use 12 months after opening.

Free from sulfates, parabens, parafins, mineral oils, colorings, allergens.

MY OPINION

Pros:
# I just need a tea spoon of the product for my very long and thick hair.
# This shampoo is so good that I don't need to apply shampoo twice.
# My hair looks healthy and shiny when using this product.
# I noticed that my hair are softer and easier to manage.

Cons:
# The packaging should appeal to customers and this one looks cheap to me.
# In Dublin it is hard to get this product, my advice is check if your hairdesser has in the first place. On the package there is a note: Exclusively in salons.

Alfaparf Milano Semi Di Lino Diamond Cristalli Liquidi

FACTS

Just before Christmas I bought myself a little present from my hairdresser which was a box with Alfaparf products: shampoo, conditioner and this brilliant oil which picture you can see above.

I paid 29 euro for a set and there is 30 ml size bottle of the oil in it.

MY OPINION

I think it is probabbly my 5th bottle of this product in 5 years. I buy it time to time and I absolutely love it. It makes my hair soft, shiny and I get a lot of compliments about my hair when I am using it.

I love the smell, I love how it goes on my hair and I love gorgeous bottle. It is a pitty that it is so hard to buy it now because the price went up and some shops are just not selling this product anymore.

Anyway, my hair are very long and thick, I used half of the bottle in one good month. I apply it generously after washing my hair concentrating on my hair ends and T-Bar which is highlighted.

FACTS

I got this Urban Decay Complexion Prep Spray as a present from Urban Decay Counter as I was buying few other products. It is 15 ml sample size bottle.

Urban Decay b6 Vitamin-Infused Complexion Prep Spray is suitable to use for all skin types. Oil and paraben free. Good to use 24 months after opening. Made in USA.

It is recommended to use this spray before moisturizer or make up on a clean skin. Can also be used any time to refresh the skin or at night before treatment.

MY OPINION

I used this spray couple of times in the morning before my moisturizer and to be honest I don't see any difference. Probably this product is just not for me as I don't have oily skin or large pores or blemishes on my face. My skin is dehydrated so this product doesn't have any possitive effect on my skin.

I really like the bottle and idea of this product but I would not buy it, so I will give it 6 stars out of 10.

Urban Decay Grindhouse Double Barrel Sharpener

'Grind. Sharpen. Dump the evidence. With two chambers for thick and thin pencils, our Grind House is a killer double feature.'

FACTS

I got this Urban Decay Double Barrel sharpener from Urban Decay Counter in Debenhams. The price was 8 euro. I just recently bought Urban Decay 24/7 concealer and after a week of using it, I needed a sharpener.

Blades made in Germany. Plastic component made in China

MY OPINION

This is my first professional sharpener. I love it. Blades are very sharp and it does the job in no time. The packaging is very neat and beautiful as well. It is a must have item!

Nivea Sensitive 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Water

'Cleanses deeply, removes make-up and moisturises in one step. It helps protect against the 3 main signs of sensitive skin redness, tightness and dryness.'

FACTS

I got this make up remover in supermarket and the price was about 5 euro. There is 200 ml of the product in the pastic bottle. Free of parabens, colors and perfume. Good to use 12 month after opening, made in Germany.

MY OPINION

My skin is very dry and quite sensitive. I use this micellar water for all face and it does a great job. This product has no smell and packaging is great as well.  This bottle lasts about two months. I am considering to buy this product again.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Portion Original

Hi Everyone!

Today I want to make a review about a new product I am using, it is Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Portion Original. I heard so many positive reviews from people using it that I had to give it a go as well.

It is my first eye primer I am using :)

FACTS

'It's a best seller because it works - delivering vibrant, crease-free. Eyeshadow for 24 hours.'

I paid 11 euro for travel size primer. There is 6 ml of the product in the tube. Made in USA and good to use 12 months after opening.

MY OPINION

I used this product couple times alredy and I am impressed with results. You only need a tiny amount of the product, it's color adapts to eyelids. I put this first on my eyelids and then I applied my Clinique eyeshadows, you can see a picture below.

The color becomes deeper in comparison when I do not use primer. And lasting power ir really good as well. You can see picture bellow how my eye day make up looks in the evening.

I love the packaging, it is very nice, very girly and comfortable to carry around in your bag.

I heard some opinions that this primer is quite hard to remove but I wouldn't say so.

Urban Decay 24/7 Concealer

Hi Everyone!

This week I bought couple Urban Decay products and I am very happy with my new concealer so I want to make a review about it.

FACTS

I got my new concealer from Urban Decay department in Debenhams, it is called 24/7 concealer. I paid 15 euro and there is 3,5 grams of the product in a stick. It is suitable to use 9 months after opening. You can find picture of the product and it's packaging below.

The girl working at the counter recommended shade FBI for me. You can see a picture below how it looks on my hand.

'Hide what's looming dark. Camouflage red blotches, erase imperfections and wake up your eyes with creamy, mess-free, long lasting pencil.' - that is what this Urban product is supposed to do.

MY OPINION

I really like this concealer. Formula is very creamy and very blendable, it is realy easy to apply. To be honest in the beggining I wasn't t very happy about the shade I got, it looked quite dark on my skin but after couple times trying and blending it properly I changed my opinion.

I use this product for my under eyes, redness, other imperfections and it works really well.

In my shopping list is another Urban Decay product - sharpener. You need it for the concealer pencil. The price is 8 euro.

Natural Collection Nail Colour

Hi Everyone!

Today I want to share my impressions about Natural Collection Nail Colour. I own two different collors Topaz and Black Cherry. You can see picture bellow. On the right you see Black Cherry and on the left size is Topaz.

FACTS

I paid 2.49 euro in Boots for one bottle of Nail Colour. There is 8 ml of the product in a bottle. Product is fragrance free and it is recommended to apply two coats of it.

It is made in England probabbly. On the side of the bottle is written Boots Nottingham England.

MY OPINION

To begin with, I allways apply clear base coat on the nails before I apply any color. At the moment I am ussing Essie All in One Base. See picture bellow.

Two coats of Natural Collection nail colour lasts about two days on my natural nails and after I remove it and do it again. See picture bellow how two coats of Black Cherry looks on my nails.

The formula of the product is very runny so be careful. It takes about 5 minutes to dry. The size of a brush is very good, not too big and not too small.

All in all it is a great budget Nail Colour.

La Roche-Posay Nutritic Intense Riche Face Cream

Today I would like to tell you about my most recent purchace which I an delighted with. I want to spread the message just in case there is more people like my with a dehydrated skin and they can not find a good product to use.

FACTS

This product is a rich enveloping cream that intensely reconstitute superior layers of the dermis. Is is a special product for very dry skin which is suitable to use morning and/or evening over whole face.

For the first time, with their nutritive care treatments, La Roche-Posay labaratories integrates MP MP-lipids; a new generation of lipids which are essential to skin's comfort and protection. It is suitable to use for all sensitive skin, from dry to very dry.

There is 50 ml of the product in a glass jar. I paid 20.50 euro for this cream in a pharmacy. Made in France. Good to use 12 months after opening.

MY OPINION

I love this cream. It does not have strong smel and the texture is very nice as well. It is rich but not greasy and absorbs really well on my very dry skin. Skin feels suppler, comforted and soothed.

Before I bought full size jar I got a sample from the girl in the pharmacy. My advice is ASK samples before you buy :)

Weleda Salt Toothpaste

FACTS

This unique toothpaste, with sea salt and gentle mineral abrasive particles, helps prevent tooth discolouration and helps reduce the build-up of tartar with regular brushing. Free of fluorides, surfactants, syntetic flavours, colourants and preservatives.

75 ml of he product in the tube, made in Germany. I paid nearly 6 euro in the heathy product shop.

MY OPINION

This is my second tube of this toothpaste. It has brownish color and is salty taste which is quite unusal for a toothpaste I think.

Natural salty flavour product is great if you have kids in the house as well. They will not swallow any more toothpaste as it is not so tasty :)

Dior Addict Lip Glow Color Awakening Lipbalm

Today I am very excited as I just bought Dior Addict Lip Glow Color Reviver Balm. It is my very first Dior product :)

To begin with, I was never happy with my lips. They are very pale and dry, I tried a lot of different lip products but none of them really worked on me.

I expect this Dior lip balm to give some life for my lips and some color. I prefer natural look and I hope this product with give them long lasting moisturizing effect as well.

FACTS

I paid 34 euro in Boots for Dior Addict Lip Glow. There is 3,5 g of the product, it is made in France and good to use 24 months after opening.

It is a customized balm that enhances and beautifies the natural color of the lip: as the color reacts directly with the unique chemistry of the lips, it looks different one every skin tone.

Its formula is enriched with mango and luffa cylindrica. Moisturized, smoothed and softened, lips become more beautiful every day.

Secrets of use: for natural result apply Dior Addict Lip Glow on its own any time of day.

For an ultra glamorous shine and volominous result start by applying Dior Addict Lip Glow,  then layer on Dior Addict Lip Maximizer - Collagen Activ.

MY OPINION

Packaging is just gorgeous. I love baby pink color of the tube and posh Dior logo. It is fancy, I have to admit.

Scent of the balm is very sweet, like vanilla with some mint.

I really like this balm. It does a great job. I can feel my lips moisturised and full of life. It lasts about an hour and after I would apply it again. The product does not have any taste or tangling effect.

I bought this liquid eyeliner in Boots for 10.45 euro, there is 4 ml of the product in the tube. I got it in black color. It is suitable to use 6 months after opening. Made in Germany. Hypo-allergenic.

Smudge free precision and perfect for outlining and defining eyes, says on the tube.

MY OPINION

I love this eyeliner. The black color is very strong, aplicator is very comfortable and easy to use. The product doesn't have any smell.

There is only two things which could be better in this product: lasting power (product lasts about 5-6 hours when applied straight on eyelids, no eye primer) and the packaging is not great as you can see build up of the product on the tube.
